Drink Water Often
Naturally, drinking water is what’s going to keep you hydrated, so you’ll want to drink water frequently while you’re on the road. Generally, eight glasses of water per day is recommended, but you might need to drink more water if you’re sweating, as this causes your body to lose water throughout the day.
Pack Plenty of Water For Your Trip
If you’re going to be drinking a lot of water, you’ll first need to pack your truck appropriately. That’s why you should have plenty of water whenever you’re traveling. We recommend refillable water bottles for the sake of being more environmentally-friendly.
Eat Your Fruits & Vegetables
